On Air Telecom provides vehicle, mobile & fixed line communication systems designed for the B2B market, including our own Crystal Ball® GPS Vehicle Tracking system.


On Air Telecom has made a significant investment and is committed to the ongoing development of its own web-based vehicle tracking system, trademarked Crystal Ball®. Following the launch of Crystal Ball®, we are now seeking to recruit a new direct sales team of exceptional proven closers. The company is committed to marketing Crystal Ball® and has previously advertised on Smooth FM and across the motorway network.

The successful applicants will promote this exciting new product, alongside our existing portfolio, in this rapidly growing market. You must have a proven track record for closing business in the SME market and experience in the sale of capital equipment is preferred. You will be responsible for generating new business within your allocated territory through company supplied and self-generated sales opportunities.



Company provided sales opportunities are generated by our in-house Telemarketing Team and are strongly pre-qualified before you visit the customer. We aim to identify the current arrangements, decision makers involved, buying criteria and any further relevant information, which will assist you in closing the sale. The Sales Support Team works closely with you to manage your day-to-day diary in order for you to maximise your sales performance. Whilst this exciting industry is constantly changing, no industry knowledge is required as detailed and ongoing training is provided.

Successful applicants will receive a very competitive basic salary, which is paid proportional to sales performance. High achievers are capable of earning in excess of £70,000 per annum. A company expensed BMW 320 dES is provided, which was awarded "Best Executive Compact - Car of the Year 2004" by What Car Magazine. Due to the fact that the BMW 320 dES has made a Euro IV compliant diesel engine, it only attracts a 16% company car tax levy. This coupled with excellent diesel fuel efficiency makes this one of the best company vehicles on the market today.
