Once we have assessed and understood your existing arrangements we will put forward an alternative proposition that will satisfy your requirements going forwards. In the event that you are still within your existing contractual terms, depending on the length of the contract term remaining, On Air Telecom will look to support any financial penalties that may arise from the termination of your existing contract. The vast majority of our clients when switching to an alternative network choose to keep their existing numbers, this is called 'porting'.


On Air Telecom manage the whole porting process on your behalf. Once the porting process has been completed and your handsets have been delivered, your account is wholly managed by your dedicated Account Manager, your one point of contact. They will handle all aspects of your account and, with your written authority, liaise directly with your new network provider to give you an unrivalled level of customer service. Your Account Manager will eliminate endless hours spent on the telephone trying to resolve issues with networks directly, allowing you to be more productive with your time.


Whilst one of On Air Telecom's key aims is to win as much new business as possible, we are very focused on retaining you, the customer. Throughout the duration of your contract you will be regularly contacted by your dedicated Account Manager. The Company has invested heavily in developing it's own Customer Relationship Management System which is used to schedule these calls, and records all activity on your account.

Tariff analysis is also a key responsibility of your Account Manager who will strive to ensure you are on the best tariff throughout the duration of your contract. In addition the Account Management Team will always be available to assist you in acquiring additional products that we offer and naturally will also look to provide a competetive package to ultimately retain your business.
